Day 1: Benvenuti a Venezia!
Welcome to Venice!
You will be welcomed by our staff at the airport and comfortably transferred by boat to our hotel in the historic center of Venice.
After settling into the hotel, we invite you to join us for a
welcome aperitif, followed by a special dinner in a typical Venetian
restaurant.
It will be the perfect occasion for introductions and to meet the other
participants, and, of course, to savor the first delights of the local cuisine.
Afterwards, overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 2: Discovering the Treasures of Venice and its Lagoon
Breakfast at the hotel, and then we will set off for a full day dedicated to the
discovery of the main monuments of the lagoon city. During the day, we will
have the opportunity to make stops at the famous local bars called "Bacari", the
traditional places where you can taste the "cicchetti", small
typical Venetian bar food accompanied by a glass of wine. We will visit selected Bacari,
where you can immerse yourself in the authentic Venetian atmosphere and during the
visits we will reach the magnificent Basilica of San Marco, one of the
most spectacular places of worship in the world. a triumph of Byzantine art and one of the
most iconic symbols of the city.
The day will end with dinner in a local restaurant and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3: The islands: Burano, Murano e Torcello
Did you know there are islands surrounding Venice?
The third day will be dedicated to discovering the fascinating islands of the Venetian
lagoon. We will leave in the late morning by boat for Burano, famous for
its colorful houses and the tradition of lace and cookies.
Afterwards,
Murano, famous throughout the world for its glass art.
Here we will visit a
furnace to witness the magic of glass making.
On the way back, on our boat, we will enjoy a relaxing aperitif while admiring
the sunset over the lagoon.
The evening will end with dinner on your own and the return to the hotel in
Venice for the overnight stay.
Day 4: The land of Prosecco
After breakfast, we will depart from Venice on a private coach, heading towards the
enchanting hills of Valdobbiadene, a unique landscape recognized as a
UNESCO World Heritage Site, along the famous Prosecco Road. Here
we will visit one of the wineries in the area, where we will have the opportunity to taste the
famous Prosecco DOCG, a symbol of excellence of the territory.
Lunch will be served in one of Luca's favorite restaurants, on top of a hill facing the vineyards, where we can savor typical dishes of the area.
In the afternoon, the journey will continue towards Udine, a city rich in history and charm.
The day will end with dinner on your own and overnight stay in a hotel in Udine.
Day 5: The Alps and Monte Lussari
After breakfast, we will dedicate ourselves to discovering the wonderful Alps.
We will leave for
the Montasio Plateau, for a light hike among the pastures and
mountain peaks. We will then continue to Mount Lussari, where a
sanctuary awaits us right on the top of the mountain; we will have lunch with
typical products in this small medieval village, where time seems to
have stopped!
Upon returning to Udine, a special dinner awaits us with a selection on local meats cooked on the "fogolar", the fireplace symbol of Friulian homes.
After dinner, return to the hotel for the
overnight stay.
Day 6: the flavors of Friuli and fancy dinner
After breakfast at the hotel, we will set off for a day dedicated to the flavors of Friuli.
In the morning, we will visit San Daniele, home of the renowned prosciutto crudo. During the
visit to a local prosciutto factory, we will be able to taste this delicacy
directly from the hands of the producers.
After this unique experience, we will
move to the Acetaia Midolini, the largest balsamic vinegar cellar in the world, where we will learn the secrets of the
production of Friulian balsamic vinegar.
The afternoon is dedicated to shopping and relaxing in the hotel, to be in top form in the
evening, when we will go to "Agli Amici", a 2 Michelin star restaurant where chef Emanuele Scarello expertly forages his ingredients from local pastures, gardens and
mountains.
This will be the dinner of a lifetime!
Return to Udine, overnight stay.
Day 7: Collio wine region and Trieste
The seventh day will take us to Collio, one of the most renowned wine areas in world, especially for white wines. We will spend the morning exploring the vineyards and tasting the fine wines
of the region.
For lunch, we will have a gourmet experience with a special surprise.
In the afternoon, we will move towards Trieste, after checking in at the hotel
we will go out to get to know the city for the first time and stop to enjoy an
aperitif followed by dinner on your own.
Overnight stay in a hotel in Trieste.
Day 8: Trieste, il Carso and cooking class
The day will start with a guided walk in the center of Trieste, an elegant and
cosmopolitan city. We will stop in one of the city's historic cafes for a
break in an environment steeped in history and literature.
Afterwards,
we will move from the center to discover the surroundings of the city and immerse ourselves in the
Carso Triestino where our lunch stop awaits us, strictly based on local wines
and products.
In the afternoon, we will visit the majestic Miramare Castle, a
splendid residence overlooking the sea, surrounded by the beautiful gardens.
After the
visit, we will return to the city in time to prepare for a special evening that
involves everyone: a group cooking class followed by dinner, where we will learn to prepare
some typical Italian dishes.
After the class, return to the hotel.
Day 9: Aquileia, Roman ruins and the cliffs of Duino
Today we will go to Aquileia, an ancient Roman city, where we will have the opportunity to
explore its wonderful mosaics and archaeological sites.
We will continue towards Grado,
a picturesque seaside town, for a quick lunch (of your choice), shopping and maybe, if the weather is nice, a swim in the Adriatic Sea.
In the
afternoon, we will head towards the Duino Castle, which dominates the gulf with a
spectacular view. Back in the city, free time for shopping and to prepare for the last dinner together.
Overnight stay in hotel in Trieste.
Day 10: Trieste - Venezia Airport
After breakfast, we will organize the transfer in time to reach
the Venice airport (or the Trieste airport), ensuring to arrive
in time for the boarding procedures for the respective return flights.

Participation fee: 5,800 per person for a double room.
For single rooms there is an extra charge of $1,000

- Once the tour is confirmed, 30% of the total
- The balance is due 45 days prior departure date.

Name change on the reservation
- free up to 15 days prior departure
- $50 fee after 15 days prior departure
Dietary resctrictions
The organization will undertake to guarantee the requested diet where possible if the same is reported at the time of booking and or no later than 30 days before departure.
